Clause 1. Regarding the resolution of lost items during transportation:

1. During the period from the arrival of the goods at the Yixun consolidation warehouse to the delivery of the goods to the superior agent: such losses are caused within the Yixun consolidation warehouse. Yixun consolidation compensates the user for the true value of the goods, with a maximum compensation of RMB 5000. You need to provide legal proof of the true value of the goods to Yixun consolidation (including but not limited to purchase invoices, transaction records, etc.).

2. If the goods are lost during the delivery period to the courier operator's warehouse after being delivered to the superior agent by Yixun Jiyun: such lost items are either lost in the superior agent's warehouse of Yixun Jiyun or lost during transportation. Yixun Jiyun can assist users in claiming compensation from the superior agent. Due to humanitarianism, Yixun Jiyun can compensate users for the declared value of goods, but the maximum compensation per shipment does not exceed $100.

3. In case of loss during transit and backend delivery by express delivery operators, compensation shall be made according to the relevant provisions of the Warsaw Convention for package type express parcels based on the declared value of the invoice, but the maximum compensation amount for each parcel shall not exceed 100 US dollars. There is no compensation for document parcels, and they will be treated as free of commission service fees. Any form of delay, loss, or damage to Yixun Jiyun will not bear any indirect losses. The compensation for direct losses is limited to the highest compensation standard mentioned above.

4. In response to the risk of lost items during the delivery process from Yixun Jiyun to the superior agent, with a maximum compensation amount of only $100, Yixun Jiyun has launched a cargo insurance service that can compensate according to the insurance standard. If there are high-value goods, it is recommended to contact customer service personnel to apply for insurance. Otherwise, it will be considered as a general item, and the maximum compensation amount will be $100.

5. From the time the goods are delivered to the superior agent through Yixun Jiyun until they are signed for, if some of the contents inside the box are lost, Yixun Jiyun can only assist you in applying for investigation or compensation with the superior agent or express delivery operator. Whether to make a claim or other handling plans shall be subject to the handling of the superior agent or express delivery operator.

6. Yixun Transport shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure factors such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, flight delays, customs inspections, government actions, internal operations of express delivery service providers, or losses caused by incorrect or untimely information such as address invoices provided by you, including but not limited to the following circumstances, Or due to the recipient company or recipient's failure to cooperate with customs clearance or inability to provide clearance documents, resulting in customs clearance delays or even being confiscated or returned by customs.


Clause 2. Settlement of Customs Confiscations and Fasteners

1. Customs clearance cooperation: All goods may be detained and randomly inspected by customs, and the recipient is obligated to cooperate with customs inspection of the goods. All expenses incurred by customs inspection will be borne by you or the recipient. If the goods are detained and inspected due to aviation control, including but not limited to food, cosmetics, branded products, electronic products, drugs, currency, powder liquids, and other items that are legally bound by various countries, Yixun Shipping can only assist you in customs clearance, Unable to control and control whether the goods can ultimately be cleared smoothly.

2. (1) If the shipping channel is "double clearance and tax inclusive", the compensation standard for customs withholding or confiscation of Yixun Jiyun is: 20 yuan/KG compensation, without refunding the commissioned service fee;

(2) If the shipping channel is not "double clearance and tax inclusive", the customs will deduct or confiscate the goods without any compensation.

3. If you are unable to bear this risk or accept this compensation standard, please inform the Yixun shipping customer service before your shipment. The customer service will handle the return procedures on your behalf, and you will be responsible for the domestic shipping cost of the return.

4. In the case of direct confiscation by the customs for the entire shipment, Yixun Jiyun provides a value guarantee service for customs to confiscate and detain the goods. After the customs confirm the confiscation and cannot clear the customs, Yixun Jiyun can compensate you according to the insured value.


Clause 3. Solution to Damage to Goods:

International express delivery has a long journey and numerous links. Yixun Jiyun is only responsible for reinforcing the packaging for you and does not bear the risk of damage to internal items, especially fragile and valuable items. Users should take necessary packaging measures to ensure the safety of the goods before delivering them to Yixun Jiyun. All we can do is to pack them as well as possible according to industry practices and experience, but we do not assume any economic losses or responsibilities caused by damage.


Clause 4. Resolution of Time Delay:

Yixun Jiyun is only a service-oriented entrusted agency that provides you with warehousing, consolidation, and inspection services, and is not the ultimate carrier of express delivery. What we can guarantee is to pack your goods as soon as they arrive at Yixun Jiyun's warehouse and deliver them to the superior agent as soon as possible. However, the overall transportation time is related to uncontrollable factors such as flights, weather, customs policies, and international politics, and Yixun Jiyun cannot control it, The customer service informed you that the delivery time is only a reference time for recent shipments, and the specific delivery time is subject to the actual transportation time. Yixun Jiyun will not be liable for any losses or legal liabilities caused by delay in delivery.


Article 5. Resolution of Tariff Issues:

All customs duties shall be borne by the ultimate recipient. As the importer of the goods, the recipient is obliged to pay full import taxes and other customs duties to the local customs. Yixun Jiyun shall not be liable for any losses or legal liabilities caused by customs duties.
