Commissioned the terms of service agreement

Please confirm the user before commissioning this commissioned the terms of service agreement, applicable to all Shenzhen Yixun Logistics International Co.

1. You acknowledge that the nature of the services provided by ETS Logistics is as follows

A. Ease2Shipping does not have any express and transport nature, is not an express transport service provider, you and Orange Logistics is not the establishment of the contractual relationship of transport, but the contractual relationship of the commission agent, Ease2Shipping is only entrusted by you to provide you with commissioned agency services, agency services are limited to your authorisation to entrust Ease2Shipping on your behalf for centralised warehousing, packing, price protection, uniform to the higher level of the agent (higher level of the agent including but not limited to express agents, postal agents, air freight agents) The agency service is limited to the matters such as centralised warehousing, packing, price preservation, uniform delivery to the superior agent (superior agent includes but not limited to courier agent, postal agent, air transport agent, sea transport agent, third party agent, etc.), etc., and the completion of the above matters by Efficient Express shall be considered as the completion of the matters entrusted to you.

B. You have authorised ECS to sub-delegate the delegated agency services to other agency service providers.

C. ECS provides you with professional and personalised consolidation, packing and enquiry services. As we deliver larger volume of cargoes, our prices are lower and you will pay ECS the agency service fee, and the other fees you pay will be the fees you entrust to ECS to deliver to the carrier on your behalf.

2. Declaration on High Value Cargo.

A. You are aware of the definition of high-value goods by ECSL: 1. the value of goods reaches 5 times or more of the total cost of goods delivered by you to ECSL; 2. the value of a single international parcel exceeds RMB 10,000 or more; one of the two is considered as high-value goods; and 3. the value of a single international parcel is considered as high-value goods.

B. You have acknowledged that you have truthfully declared the value of the goods to Efficient Express. Based on the consistency of rights and obligations, you understand and agree that Efficient Express theoretically does not provide agency services for high-value goods, but if you have high-value goods for mailing, you must contact the customer service for insured price service. If you have any fraudulent behaviours, including but not limited to not reporting, not declaring truthfully, concealing the value of goods, false declaration of high-value goods, etc., you will be responsible for the risks of withholding or losing the goods caused by the agency services provided by ECS and the subsequent forwarding and transportation, and payment for shipment indicates that you have confirmed and recognised the Service Agreement and are willing to entrust the services of ECS to ECS. This agreement is fair, if you have any dispute on any of the terms, please raise it to the customer service before payment, we will have special personnel to negotiate with you for a mutually acceptable solution, if you do not agree with the terms, you can choose to return the shipment (not entrusted to ETrans), the terms of the legal effect of both parties are binding.
